Cardpio is a personal finance tool that helps individuals track and maximize their U.S. credit card benefits, credits, and rewards. The Service is operated by an individual based in Florida, United States.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cardpio. Cardpio is designed for personal, non-commercial use only. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@cardpio.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
Cardpio allows you to manually add your credit cards, track monetary credits and benefits, set reminders, and view summaries of your rewards activity. The Service does not connect to your bank accounts, does not store financial credentials, and does not make transactions on your behalf.
Card information displayed in the app is maintained on a best-effort basis and may not always be current. Always verify benefit details directly with your card issuer.
Cardpio offers a free plan and a Pro plan. The Pro plan provides access to the AI assistant feature and may include additional features in the future. Plan details and features are subject to change with reasonable notice.
We do not currently serve advertisements within the Service. If this changes, we will update these Terms and notify users.
The AI assistant (Pro users only) is powered by a third-party AI model. Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or outdated information. The AI assistant is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or professional advice. Always verify recommendations with your card issuer before making financial decisions.
You agree not to: violate any applicable law; attempt unauthorized access to the Service; transmit malicious code; scrape or harvest data by automated means; or use the Service in any manner that could damage or impair it.
The Cardpio name, logo, and all content and software are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10).
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
